Becoming a mom to triplet girls—and later, a son—transformed me from the inside out. I know firsthand the fog of sleep deprivation, running on empty, and just trying to make it through the day. But I also know it shouldn’t stay that way.

When I was pregnant with triplets, I heard it all:
“You’re going to have your hands full!”
“Better sleep while you can!”
“You’re not going to attempt breastfeeding, right?”

What they didn’t know was that I was already soaking up every bit of knowledge I could. I had a fierce determination to equip myself for the unique challenges of three babies at once. And let me tell you—laying the foundation for healthy sleep habits early on has paid off in ways I never imagined, not just for my girls but for my fourth baby, too!

Through my own journey, I saw just how different each child is when it comes to sleep—their needs, their temperaments, and what works best for them. I became fascinated by the science behind sleep, but even more than that, my heart was drawn to the moms struggling through it. I wanted to share what I had learned.

Sleep deprivation doesn’t just make you tired, it impacts everything—your mood, your patience, your ability to be fully present in motherhood.

That’s why I started Slumber Fix—to help mamas like you reclaim rest. To spread the word that sleep is not just achievable—it’s essential. And to help families finally get the rest they so desperately need.

Before motherhood, I earned a degree in Early Childhood and Elementary Education and taught in the classroom setting, as well as online. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, and I carry that love for guiding and supporting families into my work as a sleep consultant. Just as every child is unique, so is every family’s journey to better sleep—and I’m here to help you find the path that works best for yours.
