Meet Whitney

Founder of Slumber Fix Sleep, mama to four, and an encourager at heart committed to creating lasting sleep transformations for your family.

Mama—I see you. You love your little one fiercely, but you’re tired. You’re craving sleep, balance, and maybe even a little reassurance that you’re not alone in this. I get it because I’ve been there too. I know how long the days and nights are, and we both know how short the years are. That’s why I love to help mamas establish healthy sleep routines and habits––so you can fully soak in and savor these little years.
